ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to the purchase/winning bid price. PA Sales Tax of 6% will be charged on all purchases to PA residents unless you have a PA Exemption certificate, which we will keep on file for future auctions. No Sales tax will be charged to out of state buyers. REGISTRATION - All Bidders are required to register to bid at our online auction online providing the necessary registration information such as name, address, phone numbers, driver's license, email address, credit card information and any other information requested for identification. PAYMENT - Payment will be by CREDIT CARD ONLY. The credit card used for your registration (must be your credit card) and will be charged for your purchases after the close of the auction. No item will be shipped until payment has cleared. SHIPPING - Shipping and handling charges of $8.00 per bottle and $4.00 per book will be added to the winning bidder's invoice.
