Farming and carpentry were the life of Harry Marion Skurka. His parents Roman and Helena Skurka settled on Alpine ave. in 1911. Harry was the first generation in the United States. He was the inheritor of the Alpine property, which he farmed. In addition he inherited his sister, Esther Skurka's property on Baumhoff. Harry was a "Jack of all trades and Master of all". He built homes for sisters Stella, Esther and Irene. Harry's family is thankful to God for the gift of Harry.  - We would be happy to see you at the auction!
