Due to health concerns, Mike, owner of Interior Demolition Specialists is offering the following for public auction. This auction will be online bidding only, the bidding will begin Tuesday May 26th and continue through May 28th ending at 8:00 pm. 1) PAYMENT FULL PAYMENT: All items must be paid for in full within scheduled pick-up times. Nothing may be removed until settled for. Payment for purchases must be by cash, good check with proper I.D., cashier's check or wire transfer. All sales are subject to State Sales Tax laws. Out-of-State buyer's must have checks accompanied by bank letter of credit. 2) TERMS OF AUCTION: Payment for purchases must be made by cash, or cashiers check. All checks will be made payable to "Golden Gavel Auction Service". All sales are subject to MI sales tax laws. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks, charges, or disallow a sight draft and is responsible for any expenses due to collection of bad check, in the event of non-payment of bad check, the auctioneer reserves the right to repossess, at any time at your location, the merchandise involved. In the event of non-payment within the scheduled times, your credit card will be billed for the amount due unless an exception has been verified by auction company. 3) NO WARRANTY: The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this sale are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor the oral statements made by owner, it's officers, agents and employees of Golden Gavel Auction Service concerning any items shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS and All sales are final. 4) RECEIPT: Buyer will be furnished a receipt when payment is received for items purchased.
