• NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Payments must be made in the form of cash or credit/debt card. Business checks are accepted with a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
  
• Auctioneer or property owners are NOT responsible for accidents that result in personal injury or theft.
• Announcements day of auction take precedence over printed matter.
• Everything sold is "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. All sales are positively final.
• A 10% Buyer's Premium will apply to all final bids.
• Items must be removed from the premisis the day of the auction. Exceptions will be made for removal of school lockers and bulk purchases. Expect to buy the unexpected and have appropriate removal and transportation available.
• Successful bidders are responsible for the security of their own items. Ownership immediately passes to the buyer when declared "sold!"
• Bidders are responsible for ALL activity on their bid cards. Protect your bid card like it is cash. Dispose of your bid card off premisis for security issues.
• Your successful bid is a legally binding contract. Once you are declared the successful bidder you are the new owner of the item. No exceptions.
