The successful bidder must sign acknowledgement of bid and provide name address, phone number, driver’s license and State of issuance must be indicated on Certification of Public Sale form. All goods are sold ‘as is/where is’ no warranties expressed or implied. Bidders are not allowed into the storage units or allowed to touch any of the property. You are required to provide your own padlock to secure unit at time of sale. Purchaser is responsible for the removal of all contents and to leave the unit broom-swept. The use of the storage facility dumpsters is prohibited. Purchaser may not resale the goods on the facility property. Persons attending the auction and/or during the removal of the goods from the premises assume all risk of both personal property from liability. Therefore neither the Auctioneer, Auction Company nor its principal shall be liable by reason of a defect in or the condition of the premises on which the auction is held. Auctioneer reserves the right to revoke the bidding privileges of any bidder, refuse a bid the is merely a fractional advance over preceding bid and cancel the sale anytime prior to having said sold.
