All items will be sold as-is, where-is. 15% buyers premium with a 5% discount for cash or checks. All items must be removed day of sale. Doors will open at 3:00 p.m. for preview and registration.
8% sales tax will be charged unless you have a copy of your Alabama Dept of Revenue issued tax exempt certificate.

The 10,000 sq ft building is packed. We have so much that we will have 3 auctioneers going at the same time. 6 different Estates have been packed into one building. After you have had your Thanksgiving dinner, and watched the Iron bowl, you will be ready to get out of the house and what better way than go to the longest running general merchandise auction in the River Region area. 7 years in business, and still growing. Bring your trailers that day, lots of great items.
