Buyers with no appointment will be served on a first come first serve basis, but those with appointments will be helped first. Most items will be brought by the auction staff to the check-out area for pick up. If you purchased a large item such as a pool table or exercise equipment, large furniture, etc… you are responsible for bringing packing materials, tools, and any helpers needed to carry & load your items during pickup. Halfhill Auction Group, LLC will have NO personnel available for loading your heavy items. PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the time pickup on August 30th. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax. AUCTION END TIMES: Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions are timed events and bidding will close at staggered time intervals. Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of the auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction scheduled to close at 4:00 PM receives a bid at 3:59, the close will automatically extend to 4:03 PM.
