Bidders are asked not to bid on or purchase any item or a lot they have not inspected to their complete satisfaction. Upon knock down the item or lot becomes the responsibility of the buyer. Every effort is made to describe the condition of the item accurately. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 2. A 4% convince fee will be added to every Invoice. 3. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted for payment. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. 4. All paid for items must be picked up by the published time schedule. If not, the items will be deemed abandoned and become the property of Circle C Auction Co. Please do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items or arrange for shipping. THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE BACKS. 5. This Auction is exempt from Virginia State Sales Tax 6. Our annual Dinner Dance & Auction is taking on a new “masked” persona in its 84th year! We are leaving the dinner and dancing element to you all in the safety of your own homes or our local restaurants, while working with our friends at Circle C Auction Co. to bring the auction element of the evening to life online for a full week ending on March 21st!
