The Stockade Restaurant & Bar has discontinued business operations. The building is being torn down and the restaurant equipment, tables, chairs and salvageable parts of the building will be sold via online auction.
Conditions of Sale
There is a 18% buyer's premium added to online bidding with a 3% instant cash discount. All items sell AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS and with no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. All sales are made on an AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS basis. All buyers are urged to physically inspect the item prior to bidding during the inspection period. Removal of items is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Item pick-up and removal is Friday October 21st 10:00am to 4:00pm. Please call Scott with any questions (616)437-1047.
