Everything will be sold on an as-is basis without any warranty or representation whatsoever. All sales are final. Purchaser agrees to pay all costs of removal and purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Equipment Co., Inc. and seller for any and all damages, claim or liability for injuries to persons or property caused by the removal of items purchased. No purchase may be removed until the conclusion of the auction. Following conclusion of the auction, merchandise purchased must be removed from the premises within 14 days, unless prior authorization is given. After 14 days purchaser will be charged a $25.00/day storage fee. This fee is waived with prior approval. Any merchandise not removed and without prior removal within 30 days shall be deemed to have been abandoned by the purchaser and ownership thereof reverts to Meridian Equipment Co., Inc. SHIPPING NOTICE: We will work with buyer, when shipping is needed. Not all items can or will be shipped. LOAD OUT SERVICE & APPROVAL: Meridian Equipment Co., Inc. provides both staff and equipment to load your auction items. We are here to ASSIST you. It is the customer's responsibility to bring their own tools, pallets, posts, stickers, or straps for hauling materials - we do not provide these. Please plan your trip accordingly for safe and legal hauling. In the event that customers provide improper equipment or vehicles we reserve the right to deem a load unsafe and can discontinue load out completion. No claim will be considered for allowance or adjustments or for the revision of any sale based upon failure of the property to correspond with any standard expected. While quantities, descriptions and capacities are believed to be correct, there are no guarantees and the auctioneers, owners and advertising counsel will not be held responsible for any written or verbal discrepancies or inaccuracies whatsoever. Overages or shortages above or below estimated counts will be adjusted. However, such adjustments must be made before removal of merchandise from the premises. The auctioneers assume no responsibility for any liability once title passes. Seller may put a reserve on their items, if the reserve is not met these items will not be sold. Notice is hereby given that the seller has reserved the right to bid on any lot being offered for sale unless it is otherwise stated. Sale taxes will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must pay the sales tax or provide satisfactory proof that the purchaser has a valid seller�s permit and submits a signed written certificate that the item is being purchased for the purpose of resale.
