We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: No Shipping available on this auction. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, March 20th 12:00 - 2:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for payment. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Keith recently passed away and his home of nearly 60 years has been sold. This is not a very big auction; his children and grandchildren claimed memories. But they've left a variety that includes everything from antique furniture and dishes to lawn & garden, tools, other furniture, kitchen and household items. Everything is very clean and well kept.
