This is do to the current situation we are all dealing with so we can follow all government mandated orders as needed. This is only to accomodate these orders. There are absolutely no shipping options available for this auction. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday March 12th, 2020 at 7:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. Special Note: For the foreseeable future the following procedures will be enacted for pick up and payment. All purchases will be gathered by invoice by Ridge Crest staff and delivered to buyers curbside at the front of our building. No buyers will be allowed to enter our facility unless absolutely needed. Buyers may call in ahead and pay invoices over the phone by credit card or Ridge Crest staff will meet you outside and payment may be made at that time. If you decide to call in and make payment by credit card please be advised there is still a 3% fee for doing so.
