The "residence" at 2200 Chatfield Rd. & the "Farm" at 3200 Coppock Rd. Benton, AR towards Tull. The location of each item will be at the bottom of each item description Item Inspection/Preview: At the "Farm" October 17th From 9am-12noon at 3200 Coppock Rd. in Benton. At the "Residence" from 1pm-3pm at 2200 Chatfield Rd. Benton AR. Pick up/Item Removal: Friday October 21st from 9am - 3pm at both locations Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. (Auction Company) is providing an Internet auction as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during the online auction. Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy bidding feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction closes. Buyers Premium: A buyer's premium of Ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be added to the bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot. Shipping: The auction company does not ship, however we do have a contact at our local UPS store. You will need to confirm that they will be able to ship your items before you bid. Once you win a item you can then forward your paid invoice to the UPS store and they can come pick it up. However your dealings with UPS is strictly between you and them. UPS is acting as and independent contractor and not representing the auction company. This does eliminate "snipers" from our Internet Auctions.
