Preview/Inspection: Wednesday October 26 from 9am – 5pm EDT OR by appointment Lots start closing: Thursday October 27 at 7:00pm EDT Pick up/Removal: Friday October 28 from 9am – 5pm EDT. If you would like to pay by cash or check at pick up, you must do so on Friday October 28 by 12:00pm (noon). After noon, all outstanding invoices will be charged to the credit card on file. If you live out of state or outside the Knoxville area, your purchase will be charged to your card and your purchase will be shipped, no further communication will be necessary. If you live in the Knoxville area and would like your purchase charged and shipped, you will need to let us know that. We do not automatically ship local purchases!!
