Conditions of Auction
All Properties are being sold as-is and where-is in every way. All information given is from sources believed to be correct, but is not guaranteed. Buyers are best advised to rely entirely on their own information, judgments and inspection of the articles and bid accordingly. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of the auction, and the auctioneer reserves the right to stop the bidding if he feels a person's conduct, actions, or adverse comments are not in the best interest of the auction. In the case of a tie bid, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, re-open the auction between the top 2 bidders, and should a tie occur between a left bid and a floor bid, the bid will go to the floor. All announcements from the Auction Block shall take precedence over any printed or otherwise announced statements.
Terms of Sale
Approved payment types include cash, check (upon approval,) and credit/debit cards when available. All livestock will leave the night of auction with processor, buyer is responsible to select a processor PRIOR to the start of bidding. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Consignor is responsible for the delivery of purchased items, and are not liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is held. All sales are final.
The buyer agrees, upon registration, to all terms and conditions of the sale. Dudley's Auction is not responsible for the delivery of purchased items.

Dudley’s Auction is proud to assist with the 74th Annual Pasco County Fair Youth Steer Auction! This auction will be held live and online. This sale will take place at the Albert A. Barthle Livestock Pavilion, Pasco County Fairgrounds. Bidders are welcome to attend live or in person. There will be a live video & audio feed the day of auction. You can also share the auction website with your loved ones to watch the auction as it is happening. The Pasco County Fair has graciously offered to assist with processing coordination. There are two preferred processors & contact info below. If you click on the livestock type, you will be directed to their cut sheets to choose how you would like your meat processed. Questions regarding processing should be directed to Fair Board. O'Steens Nettle's There is a fee for processing the animal. For more information contact Fair staff. Having trouble registering?
