There are scheduled times to view the items. All prospective buyers are encouraged to view the items personally to determine condition, identity and authenticity. 4. If you bid on an item, it is expected that the buyer is satisfied with the description. 5. Golden Beacon reserves the right to reject any bid. 6. The bidder understands that there will be15% GST/HST added to their invoice. 7. The bidder understands that thier will be a 10% buyer premium added to their invoice. 8. All invoices will be emailed within 24hrs of the auctions close along with the pickup location, hours of operation and payment option details. 9. All items must be paid for and picked within 7 days of the auction close. Extanded 21 day pick up period as long as items have been paid for. 10. Bidders who require items to be shipped understand that tracked shipping and handling charges will be added to their invoice and accept responsibility for the condition of the delivery. 11. Buyers are responsible for making all arrangements for the pickup of merchandise. Packing materials will not be the responsibility of Golden Beacon. 12. All Sales Are Final. Itmes that have not been paid for by 5pm Sunday will be entered into a future auction or returned to the consignor. Your buyer priviledges will also be suspended. 13. All buyers that require items to be shipped will be charged a $8 handling charge.
