Terms of the Sale: Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: Please email your tax exempt info to markcraigauctions@gmail.com by 5 p.m. on September 15. If we do not receive it in this time frame you will be charged tax. Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Credit Card or Debit Card are approved methods of payment. There will be a 13% buyers premium added to the total purchase price. Cards will be charged approximately 30 minutes after the auction ends. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments must be made before any items are removed from the property. Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on Monday, September 14 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute. In the event the auto-extend time needs to be reduced, Mark W. Craig Auctions reserves the right to adjust the auto-extend, as needed. Bidder Registration
