There is a 10% buyer's premium charged to all online winning bids. Sales Tax will be collected on ALL store merchandise sold (Lots 1-53). PICKUP TIME IS by appointment only. Must call after close of auction when recieve invoice Wednesday evening to set up your pickup time for Friday February 19th from 1:00 p.m-7:00 p.m CST at 117 West Main-Lyons, Ks. See terms concerning payment. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
FOR OTHER pick-up times call Jim at close of auction Wednesday evening. February 19th AT 7:30 p.m. CST FRIDAY evening , ALL invoices not paid and picked up will be charged to the card on file, including a $10 late fee, unless other arrangments have been made with the auction clerk. If items have not been picked up within 10 days of the auction close, they will be considered abondoned and become property of Hollinger Auction. By placing bids on our site you authorize Hollinger Auction to charge your card for any winning bids. Any declined cards will incur a $35 fee and may result in suspension of your account.
