Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Pickup & checkout on Saturday, February 13 from 9:00am-3:00pm at Liberty Baptist Church in Searcy, AR. NO EXCEPTIONS UNLESS EXPLICIT ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH AUCITON COMPANY. We ask that you please bring loading assistance with you to load pews and larger items. No shipping is offerend on any items in this auction. Do not bid unless you can pay and pick up your items. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3% convenience fee on credit card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AT REGISTRATION. Liberty Baptist Church in Searcy is offering their pews and other furnishings and items in this ONLINE ONLY auction. Lots begin closing Friday, February 12 at 7:00pm in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute. The pews will be listed individually with the length noted in the item lead. If you are interested in purchasing all of the pews, be sure to place a bid on every pew lot listed. The pews can easily be disassembled with a screw gun if you need to make transport easier. Longer pews can also be cut down to fit your need. The pews must be picked up on Saturday, February 13 and cannot be stored in the facility after that date. Arrangements to pickup the truck bed will be made with the high bidder after the auction has ended depending on weather conditions to protect the church's yard and keep you from getting stuck. You will need to bring your own help to load the pews and other items. There will be no loading assistance available.
