We have four primary estates in this sale, Ms. Berens has recently passed, the Seymours are moving to smaller confines as is the Jaycox family . Ms. Kelly is starting over and in addition to making her personal property available, she is offering some modern, one-of-a-kind original art pieces that are truly desirable. They will come with poems and writings from her that inspired the art and compliment each piece for the collector. We also have a gathering of ammunition (very hard to find these days) including 1000's of 9mm Luger, 48+ boxes of 12ga 00 & Rifled Slug, as well as other rifle & pistol rounds.
