Our Client has brought us 2 more containers to sell the contents of. Lot 1 seems to be mostly furniture and a few boxes, Lot 2 seems to be mostly boxes with childrens step stools. We will start the aution 1/29 and run through 2/2 at 7 pm. Pick up will be 2/4 between 10am and 5pm. This is a CASH ONLY. 15% buyers premium. No alternate date for pick up.
