It is IMPERATIVE that you sign up for a time for the Open House and for Checkouts/Pickups. There will be a lot of maneuvering to get around the driveway. Patience will be required. :)

Bidding Ends: Monday & Tuesday, February 1 & 2, 2021, beginning at 7:00 PM each evening, with staggered and extended ending.
Open House/Inspection: Sunday, January 31, 12:00 – 3:00 PM. Due to extremely difficult parking situations, we will do the Open House via SignUp Genius or appointment only. Click HERE to schedule a time slot!
Parking for the Open House will be on the street/verge in front of the house. Please do not come down the driveway unless you require additional accessibility options. You may get blocked in.

Pickups: Wednesday, February 3, from 12-5p.m. and Thursday, February 4, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. If you fail to pick up your items during this time frame, you may be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. See the Terms and Conditions for more information.
Parking for Pickups will be difficult. For smaller, easy to carry items, please park on the street/verge in front of the house. For furniture loading, you will be permitted to come down the driveway. PLEASE be sure to bring enough labor and help to remove your items in a timely manner. Pickup reservations will be required.

2 WAYS TO GET YOUR ITEMS: We have adopted new pickup procedures for COVID-19 precautions.

1. Pick it up. Schedule an appointment during one of our pickup windows. We will send out instructions in your winning bidder email after the auction closes. Windows will be available on Wednesday, February 3, and Thursday, February 4.
2. Ship it. We can handle some items if small, non-breakable, and will likely fit in a USPS flat rate box. Cost will be $10 plus the USPS charge. For larger and breakable items, we typically work Fragile Pack, a local professional shipper, for those shipping needs. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
