This is an online only auction with bidding through Hibid. Bidding will end in numerical order with 4 items ending every minute. If there is bidding activity in the last 2 minutes, the end time will be extended 2 minutes until there is no further bidding for 2 minutes. Extending the end time for an item does not change the end time of the following item, so there may be several lots ending simultaneously. You may bid anytime up until the ending time for each item. TERMS: Credit and debit cards may not be used for titled vehicles, tractors, or ATVs. These must be paid for with cash, cashier's check or personal check.
All gold and coin purchases in excess of $1000 must be paid with wire transfer, cash, or certified check unless we know you personally.
You will have to register to bid in this auction. The registration process with Hibid is one-time. You will not have to go through the registration process for future auctions. If you do not wish to register with your credit card, please contact our office and we will assist you with options. If you have difficulty with registering or if you are unsure about the process, or if you just want help bidding, call our office and we will be glad to help you with it. Online bidders will pay a buyer's premium of 10%.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, and checks. Local buyers can use credit cards, cash, or personal check. Nothing will be removed from the auction site until it is paid for. WE WILL GLADLY SHIP ANY ITEM YOU WANT! If you want us to ship your items, the cost of packing and shipping will be added to your total and a new invoice will be sent to you showing the total due. We ship in-house with reasonable handling charges. Payment is expected within 48 hours of invoice for shipped items. If you wish to make payment arrangements other than credit card for shipped orders, we ask that you contact Black and Gold Auctions at least 24 hours before the auction. We will be happy to work with you in that way.
IMPORTANT CHANGES EFFECTIVE October 1, 2020: Black and Gold Auctions offers liberal pickup times for your purchases (three days for the Wednesday Auction). For those who do not pickup in a timely manner, the following will apply:
1. All unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card registered with HiBid at 12:00 noon on Saturday following the auction end. If the card is declined, bidding privileges will be suspended until payment is made.
2. If you do not show for pickup and do not contact us, there will be an automatic $5 charge added to your invoice. If you have large items, furniture, or multiple lots, that fee will be $5 per item.
3. If you have a second instance of not picking up, that fee will be $30 and your account will be put on hold until you have everything picked up.
4. If your invoice remains unpaid after 7 days, your items will be resold and your bidding privileges will be suspended indefinitely.
5. If your paid invoice items are not picked up within 10 days of auction end, they will be forfeited and resold with no refund given.

A few dropped keys, will definitely need tuning 2 43" Long Beveled Mirror in Wood Frame This mirror and frame are a little on the rough side. The screws for the hanger were driven clean through the front side of the frame, and there are some flaws in the mirror's silvering. 3 Simmons plush full size couch Brand new Simmons upholstery full size couch, stickers attached. Good shape! 25 Pair of Matching 5-Drawer Dressers These measure 23" tall, 21.5" wide and 12.5" deep and are in good shape. 26 43" Tall Dresser Measures 44" across and 20" deep. The drawer handles need to be tightened down and there are some scratches on the top surface. 27 Wooden Cocktail Caddy From the floor to the top of the rail measures 30". It measures 23" from end to end and is 16.5" across. It's in good shape aside from some shallow scratches on the top surface. 28 49" Tall Spiral Staircase / Plant Stand What is this, a staircase for ants?!? More likely a decorative stand mocked up to look like stairs. The top step is 23.5" high and each measures 17" long. 29 Ferguson Bros Portable Folding Leg Table The top of this antique table is adorned with an aging image of a hunt. The two levers on either end press down to fold the table legs inward. It's 20" tall, 30" from handle to handle, and 16" wide. 30 29.5" Tall Wood & Brass Fold-Up Writing Desk At first appearance this looks like an end table, but it folds open to reveal storage compartments and a writing surface. It needs a hanger. 59 Pair of 1970s Unframed Prints Each measures 27.5" x 19.5". They were produced in the 70s by Gordon Fraser Fine Arts. Mijo Kovacic's Painting on Glass and Peter Brueghel's The Wedding Dance. They are bagged and boarded. 60 29" x 23" Framed American Gothic Print This print was produced by the Art Institute of Chicago probably around the 1970s. It is in good shape aside from a few small tears at its base. 61 34" x 28" Abstract Oil Painting We're reminded of four racing rowboats--what do you see? Frame is in great shape. 62 38" Long Decorative Mirror This round mirror is 8" wide and set in a patriotic wall hanger made of wood. Only minor wear to the hanger which was made in Italy. 63 39" x 27.5" Framed Desert Scene This looks to be a print but is behind a protective glass pane. Excellent condition. 64 30.5" x 26.5" Framed Courtyard Scene A charming picture with a style reminiscent of a Van Gogh. A few minor nicks in the frame. 65 37.5" x 32.5" Framed Portrait This appears to be an original painting, though not much else is known about it. Just a couple small dings along the edges of an otherwise sturdy frame. 66 Classic Car Series Plate 4 Chrome 1932 Duessenberg 36" x 30" framed print with a glass pane that has a crack in the lower left corner. 67 "Meet Me at Wade's" 31" x 24" Framed Print Numbered 656/1000 and signed by artist Dave Snyder. It has a hanger. 68 38" x 32" Framed Portrait This is an original painting in a frame with protected glass pane and signed "J. Moranz '43". It has a hanger. 69 29" x 21" Framed Print of La Touraine This informative print of the 1891 French ship La Touraine could use a little dusting but looks to be in good shape. 70 30" x 24" Faux Bamboo Mirror The frame of this mirror is actually plastic, but it will look good after a cleanup.
