All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warrantyor guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect and test the items on or during the inspection dates. If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. COVID ------- Due to COVID and CDC Guidlines, C2 Management will be limiting pickup and inspection to 3 customers in the facility at a time. All customers waiting are asked to stay in their vehicle until a staff member is available to assist. All customers are asked to follow social distancing protocols and are REQUIRED to wear a mask on the auction premises. If you do not have a mask, you will not be allow to enter the facility.

Pickup will be at 40 Cattlemans Ln. in Berryville, VA on February 1st and 2nd. We are unable to accept cash or check. The card entered into HiBid will be charged with 24 hours of the auction's end. All items are sold as is, where is. Some of the items in this auction may be lightly damaged, as well as some with missing parts. All testable items should be marked as "works," "new," or "not tested." It is the responsinbility of the bidder to examine any items in question on the preview day. Pickup of won items will take place the Monday and Tuesday following the auction's end. We do not accept cash or check, your card will be charged online when your invoice is processed. You MUST bring a paper copy of your invoice on pickup day. If you do not pick up on these dates or contact us within one week afterwards, your items WILL be re-listed and your purchase WILL NOT be refunded.
