A 6% Buyers Fee applies to the Real Estate Sale.  Seller will provide a policy of Title Insurance in the amount of the Contract price to the Buyer. Taxes will be pro-rated in accordance with the local custom.  Sale can not be subject to any conditions, any inspections or financing requirements.  Buyer must have financing, satisfactory to Buyer, arranged prior to sale.  Closing will held 30 days after sale date.
