Restaurant Equipment and Fixtures Auction

The former Quaker Steak and Lube location in Harrisonburg VA is being renovated to make way for the new Island Wings Restaurant. This is your opportunity to buy the fixtures, chairs, bars, and other items that won't fit with the new décor.

In this auction we have a large neon arrow sign, guardrail sections, booth seating, bars, stackable chairs, overhead door, and exterior awnings.  It will be the responsbility of the successful bidders to disassemble and remove these items promptly.

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on January 20 @ 7:00 PM at the rate of 2 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview and Pickup Information:

Preview Will Be Wednesday January 20 at 1:00 PM or other times by appointment.

Bidding will close Wednesday January 20th at 7:00 PM. 

Pickup will be by appointment January 21-22 from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (3% discount for cash or check) will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
