Terms for online auctions for Caplan's Auction. By accepting the Terms & Conditions you acknowledge you are entering into a legal and binding contract. You agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth. Everything is sold "As Is", "Where Is" with absolutely no expressed or implied warranty whatsoever. Any changes in details of the auction made prior to day of sale take precedence over any previous term. Bidder bears full responsibility for inspecting items prior to bidding. Descriptions, photos and statements made or offered by sellers or auction staff is deemed correct but is not guaranteed. By bidding on the item you hsve agreed to accept that item in its present condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bids may not be retracted for any reason. Upon registering all bidders are required to give full name, address, phone number and email address. A valid credit card is required to register. Your credit card will be verified, a $1 verification ping will be done to make sure the card is active. The pending $1 charge will fall off in a few days. Bidder and guests shall be deemed to be there at their own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and the conduct of the third third parties and the Bidder shall advise his agents and employees Bidder and guests agree to indemnity Caplans Auction of any and all liability regardless of negligence. Once the auction is complete and the Bidder has won the bid, the Bidder is responsible for merchandise and for full and complete payment. Non-payment or fradualent bidding will be subject to legal recourse. Should the Bidder not pay for merchandise, the Bidder shall be responsible for any remaining balance, any collection costs, attorney fees, employee costs and maximum allowable interest and service charges.

NOTE: LIVE BIDDING HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO SNOW. LIVE BIDDING PORTION WILL TAKE PLACE ON FEBRUARY 7TH AT 4:30PM. Bidding is both online and in person. Once a winner is announced at 3:00pm on Sunday January 31st this car will be start to be sold at that opening bid in person on February 7th. The Hibid winner will be called and asked if they would like to bid live over the phone. If the bid goes over the Hibid bid the winner will be someone attending the live auction and the internet bid will be cancelled. There is an 18% Buyers Premium. Bidding opens at 12:00pm on Tuesday January 12th. Bidding online will end at 3:00pm on Sunday January 31st unless bidding persists. With each additional bid it will add one minute of bidding time. The live portion of this sale was supposed to be at 4:30pm on Sunday January 31st but with the snow we have to postpone. It will now take place on February 7th.
