• In order to bid, you must register with Briggs Auction through our online bidding platform.
• The buyer's premium is 15%.
• PA sales tax (6%) will be added to each sale, including the buyer's premium, unless exempted by law. If exempt, you must present us with a valid tax exemption number and complete our exemption form.
• Your credit card will be charged at the end of the auction for your full purchase amount plus buyer's premium and sales tax.
• Merchandise pickup details are available on each applicable auction page.
