The following items are from Dianna’s Cakes and Catering from Moundsville.

Dianna Coffield had one of the leading catering businesses in the Ohio Valley for years with the reputation of cleanliness and service pride. Dianna was in full operation with her business and was working until the time of her passing last year.

This will be a full auction with over 750 lots of restaurant equipment including:

EQUIPMENT: 1, 2 & 3 door coolers – ovens - hot boxes – racking - prep tables – sinks -  stove - ovens - hot boxes - (2) 6’ gas grills – s/s prep tables - (2) 100 lb. propane tanks - Coke display can coolers on wheels - several chafing dishes – s/s  warmers – s/s pans, trays, pots, pans, racks, stands, misc. catering items – roasters - food items – s/s flatware - floor mats - grease trap – washer and electric dryer – warming lights – ice coolers – coffee makers - thermal coffee tankers and pump pots.

SUPPLIES: Food trays and cake containers - several lots of table covers and napkins - hot bags – cook and bake ware – several lots of paper products - carry out supplies – cake/food trays and stands – cleaning items - baking and cake items – cake molds - several lots of floral items (new) – storage totes – baskets - table decorations - and additional inventory not listed.

Auctioneer's Note: ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD WITHOUT RESERVE!  The ovens, coolers, and larger items are located at the shop and can be seen on Preview Day at 6763 Fairmont Pike, Moundsville , WV.   The smaller items will all be at the Fairgrounds.

Online Bidding starts on Sunday, January 10th and ends Sunday, January 17th at 6:00 pm.

Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.

Preview of the items will be Wednesday, January 13th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. (Large items will be viewed at the shop at the same time). Pick-up will be Monday, January 18th from 9:00 am to noon. One day pick-up Only!
