Buyer Premium: A 15% Buyer Premium applies to all purchases. $100 Clean-Out Deposit: Successful bidders are purchasing the entire contents of the locker and it is their responsibility to remove all items. The successful bidder will be required to post a "Clean-Out Deposit," which will be immediately returned to the successful bidder upon leaving the storage locker in broom clean condition. The $100 deposit would apply for each purchased locker. Provided documentation will be limited to a paid auction invoice. No bill of sale or other documentation will be provided at any time. Right to Cure: The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account, thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder unless otherwise stated in the state's lien laws or by the storage facility. Cancellations: All auction unit(s) are subject to cancellation by the storage facility.
