Auctioneer records the sale by voice recorder. No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises. Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. Auctioneer at his sole discretion may require insurance and/or the use of a commercial rigger based upon the level of difficulty removing a piece of equipment.
