Card and drivers license must match Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. This is a nice auction to liquidate the balance of an estate in Richmond Heights. All items selll as is as found with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginnng at 7:30 pm on Monday January 4th with 1 lot closing every 12 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on January 6th There is no shipping offered from this estate, and a 15% Buyers Premium will be in effect on all successful bids.
