PAYMENT: All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices more than $1000 must be paid by approved methods. Approved methods are Cash, Certified Check on a Local Bank, Wire Transfer or Credit Card with matching ID presented in person All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidder's total winning amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Any Chargeback is subject to a defense fee of $100 to offset the time and fees associated with the chargeback PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. BREACHING of TERMS: If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms & Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. Additional commission shall be due and payable.

This is an online only auction to liquidate a printing company in the North Riverfront area of St. Louis, MO. All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, April 21st with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, April 23rd. This is an industrial building. We are not responsible for accidents while loading and unloading. There is an overhead crane to facilitate loading out, but many items are not underneath the crane and will need to be moved into place. There is no forklift on site. No alternative days will be provided without prior approval, and you will be charged to offset the labor. If you are unsure if you can load out, do not bid. If you purchase items from the loft area, we will attempt to lower them with the crane, but you must be capable of moving items to the edge. There will be no refunds or credits if you are unable to load out your items. At the close of the auction invoices will be sent out from walter@havegavelwilltravel.net. This email may be delivered to your Promotions or Spam folders. That email has your pick up info. Please check there prior to calling me looking for an address.
