Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: Please email your tax exempt info to markcraigauctions@gmail.com by 5 p.m. on September 15. If we do not receive it in this time frame you will be charged tax. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Payment: Credit Card or Debit Card are approved methods of payment. There will be a 13% buyers premium added to the total purchase price. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged.
