Terms and Conditions posted at the auction include: All articles offered “AS IS and WHERE IS” in units of measure as announced. Bidders shall rely upon their own inspections. Auctioneers reserves the right to group, modify, increase, diminish, or delete lots at his sole discretion. Auctioneer will receive bids from any responsible and registered bidder. Auctioneer may refuse to accept any bid which is but a trifling advance over the prior bid, is trifling itself, or which contains conditions not acceptable to the Auctioneer or Seller. Upon the award of bid, title and all risk of loss, damage to or destruction of the purchased item passes to the purchaser. Auctioneer will have no liability whatsoever for any personal injury or accidents that may occur. Bidders are strictly responsible for any items which are sold to their bidder number. All purchases are to be paid for in full on the day of the auction and prior to removal from the premises. No items may be removed until settled in the manner announced. All items must be removed within the time announced at the auction, at the purchaser’s sole cost and risk. When required by law, and applicable, sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items. All rights, privileges and powers reserved or granted to the Auctioneer in these Terms of Auction shall be deemed reserved and granted to the Auctioneer’s employees, representatives, and all owners for whom the items are being sold. Announcements made the day of auction may take precedence over these Terms of Auctions or other printed material. William St. Delaware OH, 43015 in Delaware County. Harry E. Swope, longtime Delaware resident and a collector of old cars. Items to be auctioned include- Car- *Sells at 2:00 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser SW with 79,600 miles. Gun- *Sells at 3:00 Taurus model PT799 .380acp with clip. Jewelry- gold bracelet marked 14kt OG, sterling silver, and some costume jewelry. Appliances- Whirlpool range, Kenmore refrigerator, Sharp microwave, Whirlpool washer and Kenmore gas dryer. Furniture- Kitchen island, 2 Empire dressers, sofa, 2 recliners, glass front hutch, pine cabinet with glass doors,4 matching side tables, computer desk and chair, miscellaneous wood chairs, wood rocking chair, kitchen table with 4 chairs, knee hole desk, bookcase with safe attached, 2 beds, baby crib and highchair. Electronics- Dell computer and 2 flatscreen TVs. Car Parts-1955 GM interior window trim and windshield, 1965 Impala taillights, miscellaneous vintage parts including fender skirts, SBC intake manifolds, chrome SBC accessories, valve covers, and oil pan.
