Auction Method: Online Preview: Online Only Bidding Period: Now thru ____Dec 20_____ (Soft Close) Buyers Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. Pickup: day after auction close 10-4Pm. Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close witll be charged to card on file. (No credit cards for vehicles) Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. Large Invoices: Auction company, at it's option may elect to charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash or Cashier's Check. Invoicing: Will take place within an hour of auction close. Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. Condition: You are buying As is, Where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. Buyers Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash Shipping: Nationwide Shipping is available on some small items. We will add a minimum of $5 or $10 Handling fee to each package for any shipping order + the cost of shipping.
