Special Conditions:

1.  There is only curb side pickup, and this maybe done night of auction or Friday between 10am-2pm

2.  It is preferred that payment be made on charge cards or pay pale, and payment must be made in full by end of auction.

3. We can not see bidding from Watch Party groups.

4. It is preferred that you pre-reregister for auction by calling 518-563-9190 between 4pm-6pm

5. When bidding use your number and then your bid, ie  32-$6

6. You will have minimum 30 seconds from last viewed bid on our facebook screen to items closes.  There seems to be a time lag , that’s why we give 30 seconds.,

7. Please ask to be put on our emailing list or  fallow us on facebook for notifications of  upcoming auction
