All items and lots are being sold as is, where is. Items do not include any form of warrenty or guarantee. The seller does its best to describe the items as accurately as possible and does not assume fault for inaccurate descriptions. It is the buyers responsibilty to view, inspect and test the items on or during the inspection dates. If a buyer does not inspect the items there will NOT be a refund for inaccurate information. The buyer is responsible for obtaining the functional condition, cosmetic conditon, size, weight and ensuring proper quantities. COVID ------- Due to COVID and CDC Guidlines, C2 Management will be limiting pickup and inspection to 3 customers in the facility at a time. All customers waiting are asked to stay in their vehicle until a staff member is available to assist. All customers are asked to follow social distancing protocols and are REQUIRED to wear a mask on the auction premises. If you do not have a mask, you will not be allow to enter the facility.

First lot closes at 5pm, with each sucessive lot delayed slightly. We will ship the Dell and HP laptops free in the US, and all other items can be shipped at cost worldwide. You must contact us after the auction closes to request shipping, preferably by replying to the email with your invoice attached. Pickup of won items will take place the Monday and Tuesday following the auction's end. Pickup will take place at C2 Management at 230 First St. in Berryville. You MUST bring a paper copy of your invoice on pickup day. If you do not pick up on these dates or contact us within one week of the auction closing, your items WILL be re-listed and your purchase WILL NOT be refunded. All items are sold as is. While some of the items are brand new, others are used or refurbished. We do our best to test and accurately describe each item, but it is up to the customer to fully inspect an item if they so choose. Items can be previewed on Thursdays at the pickup location.
