By virtue of a Writ of Execution passed in the matter of Maggie Real Estate, LLC, Plaintiff/Judgement Creditor vs. Maurice Alonzo Briscoe, Defendant/Judgement Debtor, Case No. 24-C-19-002894, issued out of the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore City, the Sheriff will sell all of the Defendant’s RIGHT, TITLE, INTEREST AND ESTATE in the real property on the premises, as follows:

All that fee simple multi-family dwelling unit, situate and lying in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, being more fully described in the Deed dated July 6, 2018 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Book No. 20369, Page 0474. The improvements thereon being known as 2801 Denison Street, Baltimore, MD 21216.

The improvements are believed to comprise a detached multi-family dwelling, built in 1920 and believed to contain 3 units. It believed to contain two one-bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit and is believed to contain a total of approx. 3,066 ± sq. ft. It is also believed to contain a detached three-car garage. It is believed to have a current multi-family dwelling license no. 925298 obtained from the City of Baltimore.
