Go 3.4 miles then turn right onto Oak Hill Road. Proceed on Oak Hill Road for 2.7 miles, then turn right onto Hickory Grove Road for .2 miles. The property is on the right. AUCTION LOCATION: Cabell County Courthouse, 750 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701. Auction will be on the steps on the east side of the Courthouse on 8th Street. Registration will be 30 minutes before the auction.
