PROPERTY LOCATION: 100 Hickory Grove Road (RR #1, Box 329-B), Lesage, WV. From I-64, turn onto 193 North on Big Ben Highway towards Rt. 2. Go approx 3.5 miles, turn right onto St Rt. 2 North. Go 3.4 miles then turn right onto Oak Hill Road. Proceed on Oak Hill Road for 2.7 miles, then turn right onto Hickory Grove Road for .2 miles. The property is on the right. Please watch for Behm’s Auction signs.
AUCTION LOCATION: Cabell County Courthouse, 750 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701. Auction will be on the steps on the east side of the Courthouse on 8th Street. Registration will be 30 minutes before the auction.
