To ensure the safety of our Accelerated Listing Team, as well as our auction buyers and clients, Accelerated Listing LLC will incorporate the NAA Guidelines for best practicing during this pandemic at our live auction events. To do our part in helping to control the spread of this virus, we will follow all state and federal regulations for social distancing and using personal protective equipment during our auction events. If you cannot attend the auction & YOU ARE STILL THE HIGH BIDDER after the live auction, your credit card used at registration will be charged the full bid amount plus 15% Buyer's Premium and 8.5% Sales FL Sales Tax. You must also be available to pick-up your items on 1/11/2021 OR ARRANGE SHIPPING within 5 days of the auction or you will forfeit your purchase and will not be refunded.
