All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS. No warranties or guarantees. We do our best to point out any flaws we see and even take pictures of the flaws. We do not, however, get out a microscope to scan every square inch of an item. We are more than happy to have you come out prior to auction close to view any and all items in person. Just schedule a time with Julie to do so.
There is a 15% buyers premium added to all winning bids. Due to our current environment we plan on this being a credit card on file only auction. Method of payment: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is completed and on file with us.

A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges.

Our consigner has a treasure trove of coins, currency, foreign currency, stock certificates, antique books, and hollywood memorabilia. You will also find some amazing older, signed, New York Yankees autographed pictures. Don't miss the amazing flute too! If Civil War is your thing...we have some items in the auction. Railroadiana? For those outside of the Fort Worth area, we will also provide shipping with insurance at winning bidder's expense. Please see more detail in the shipping/pick up details section. We plan on having in person pick up on Sunday, December 6th from 12PM - 4PM and Monday, December 7th from 9AM - 1PM.
