Please join us on Wednesday, December 9th, for an exciting auction day. We will be selling jewelry, coins, watches, silver and stamps. Enjoy a selection of Antique, Vintage and Modern pieces including some Victorian items. Over five hundred lots to sell, with thousands of pieces in total. Of these lots, there will be only a limited amount of coins, watches and stamps; the focus of the auction being jewelry and sterling silver housewares. This is the perfect auction to help you finish up your Christmas shopping. It will feature a wide assortment of goods for nearly anyone in your life.

Fine jewelry including: beautiful diamond solitaire engagement rings, a delicate diamond jewelry set, large south sea pearl necklace, gold bangles and hoop earrings, beautiful gold necklace with v-shaped diamond line pendant, gorgeous gemstone statement pieces, diamond and cz stone tennis bracelets, designer pieces from Tiffany & Company, Whiting & Davis and Cellino among others, dozens of fine gold chain bracelets and necklaces including an oversized Byzantine-link necklace, assorted fine gold cocktail rings with crystals and gemstone clusters, and many more treasured finds.

Costume and fashion jewelry including trays of vintage rhinestone statement pieces, hundreds of vintage pins including some signed pieces, and large box lots of assorted costume jewelry and accessories. The auction will also have vintage jewelry box lots, trays of paired earrings, a large collection of vintage compacts, antique crochet tools, and a wide assortment of vintage mesh clutches and coin purses. Also featured in this sale will be jade, cinnabar and other semi-precious stone jewelry pieces with an Asian motif, along with a small number of cloisonné pieces with a similar design. The fashion jewelry selection will also include a large number of gold-filled, gold plate and silver plate items.

The auction will feature many other categories of jewelry and accessories. A small collection of loose semi-precious stones and precious gemstones. Southwestern jewelry and accessories including a fetish bead necklace, a stunning turquoise statement necklace, and many rings. Natural branch and bamboo coral jewelry and accessories alongside cultured pearl necklaces. A beautiful faceted Baltic amber fashion necklace. Hundreds of pieces of silver jewelry and accessories including: Sterling and Marcasite fashion jewelry, Sterling cross pendants from James Avery including Celtic designs, a large sterling silver pin with bird motif, dozens of assorted Sterling and silver plate rings, an Art Nouveau style cuff, and many additional unlisted pieces.

Our sale will also feature an impressive collection of Sterling silver flatware, tableware, housewares and more. Lovely pieces including an Art Nouveau style candlestick holder and several pair made from weighted Sterling silver. Signed pieces from Reed & Barton, Lunt, Towle, Wallace, International and Gorham among others. The sterling assortment also includes: small trinket dishes, oversized silver bowls and platters, a dainty sterling basket with openwork design, an antique primitive water pitcher, and a large number of souvenir spoons including state designs.

Additionally, we will be selling a small assortment of wrist watches from brands including Omega, Bulova, Gotham, Peugeot, Cortina and Hamilton among others. Antique to vintage pocket watches with styles from Heyworth, Waltham, Princeton and M.J. Tobias. Many of the watches are still in excellent condition. Included in the auction are some gold wrist and pocket watches. Men’s accessories including gold cufflinks, new old stock Zippo lighters, and an assortment of folding knives. Stamps from local estates including: First day covers, commemorative stamp albums, loose U.S. and foreign stamps, and miscellaneous philatelic items.

The day will end with a small selection of coins and bullion. Mostly U.S. coins and currency with some foreign coins as well. U.S. gold coins including: $2.50 Indian Heads, $5.00 Liberty heads, $5.00 Indian head and $10.00 gold Indian head coins. Silver bullion including U.S. silver eagles, oversized bullion medals, and modern commemorative silver proof dollars. The coin selection will also include a number of Morgan silver dollar coins, Columbian Exposition half dollars, over a dozen coin collection albums, an impressively sized wartime nickel collection, and an Indian Head penny album.
