It is highly recommended that bidders preview the items. Only ten people will be allowed into the building at one time to preview items. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM Central Time on Friday, November 27th, 2020. The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central Time and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up on Saturday, November 28th from 9 AM - 4 PM or Monday, November 30th from 9 AM - 5 PM at 4076 HWY V V, Berger, MO 63014, unless alternate pick-up or shipping arrangements are made with the auction company by calling 573-834-2207. SHIPPING: Please contact the auction company by email after you receive your invoice from us at the conclusion of the auction if you would like your items shipped. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items, make arrangements for an alternate pick up time, or make arrangements for payment and shipping by the end of the last scheduled pick up day the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
