This is our First Container auction. We have been asked to sell the contents of 2 8x8 Conex Boxes (not the containers) just the contents. The owner has multiple more untis and will bring them to us as he starts to pull them out of his warehouse. The units will be described on each lot with what we can see. We are treating this auction per the instructions of the owner as a storage locker sale, therefore we are not going in the lockers nor do we have any idea what all is in them. The auction will run from 11/14 - 11/28 and will start at 7:00 AM end at 7:00 PM. This auction is cash only and a 15% buyers premium will be in effect. The clean out will be on 11/29 only, the owner will pick up these two containers on Monday 11/30 at noon and they must be cleaned out by then. Sorry No exceptions on this auction. Pick up will begin at 10am 11/29 and run to 6pm.
