All items will be sold “as-is” and “where-is” with no guarantees of any kind. Pictures and descriptions are provided for your use. Auction bidders must register with a valid credit card with a current credit card billing address and driver’s license. Auction company accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. Checks may only be accepted from local Columbus, GA banks and with prior history with auction company of good checks. No cashiers’ checks will be accepted. Pick up will be November 19th and 20th by appointment only. Shipping arrangements will be made by purchaser after becoming bid winner of each item. Shipping costs and insurance will have a separate charge on your credit card. Shipments will occur as soon as payment is authenticated and in a reasonable time. Winner of more than one item may be combined in one package as is deemed reasonable. A $10 handling fee will be charged to your credit card unless you pick up from our facility. Anything that is not picked up will still be considered a sale, charged & paid for and reverts to auction company as abandoned.
Buyer’s Premium: Thirteen- and one-half percent (13.5%)
