Sales Terms The purchaser is responsible for reading all terms and conditions listed. We follow a strict universal policy on the following issues that will be enforced. All sales are final, we are not able to offer returns or warranties on any of our items at this time. All property is sold as is, meaning with any defects both known and unknown by the seller. The item condition will be described in each listing and can be seen in attached photographs. The purchaser carries the responsibility of thoroughly viewing both photos and descriptions before a transaction is made. There will be a $5 per lot loading fee if you pick up or ship via LTL no exceptions. Payment is required in full within 48 hours of the closing sell or bid. We do not offer any payment plans at this time. We accept any immediate payment options available through Aucto and it’s payment portal at checkout. If payment is not timely and in compliance with the above policy the items will be cancelled and re-listed. No items will be shipped until payment has been made for all acquired costs listed on the invoice. If any questions regarding an item arise we are always available for questions via messaging through the Aucto messaging center.
