Surplus from The City of Mandeville, Town of Madisonville, Town of Pearl River, Pearl River Police Department, STP Hospital, STP School Board, STP Coroner, STP Clerk of Court, STP Comm District, St. Tammany Fire District 2, STP Recreation District, Various Bankruptcies & Others Inspection: Wed, Nov 4th from 9AM to 3PM - All persons entering must wear a face mask or face covering and please maintain social distancing Directions: From I-12 in Slidell, Exit #83 (Hwy 11) and go South approximately 1/2 mile and turn right on to Ben Thomas Rd., go over two sets of railroad tracks and the site is on the right. Removal will be on a First Come-First Serve Basis in an Orderly Fashion on the following Days/Times: Auction Day until 4pm, Friday 11/6 from 9AM to 4PM and then Mon 11/9 to Friday 11/20 from 9AM to 3PM excluding weekends. Saturday removal may be available for additional fee. All items must be out before 3pm on 11/20. Any items not removed within times allotted are considered abandoned, no refunds given.
