Items close 2 items per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).

All items must be paid for and removed at that time, no exceptions. There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction. ANY ITEMS NOT PAID FOR AND REMOVED DURING THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE, AND WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND DISPOSED OF AT THE AUCTIONEER'S DISCRETION. Large auction including a 1998 Infinity I30t, lots of furniture, glassware & china, art, household items, and electronics. Auction begins to close at 7:00 PM on Friday, November 6, 2020. Items close 2 items per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).
