We will be offering the estate of our dear mother and father, the late Phyllis and Robert Allen. Many of the items in this auction have not seen the light of day since our fathers passing nearly 30 years ago.
Real Estate: 20.21 acres and a well-built 2-bedroom brick home located at 140 Raintree Rd.
Real Estate Terms: The property will sell as is where is with any and all faults the buyer will pay a 3% nonrefundable buyer’s premium on the day of the auction.
